Your initial Personal Training Session will entail a complete analysis of your current health & fitness, along with a discussion of what you wish to achieve and specific goal setting.

We will then advise how often you will need to train to gain the results you wish for.
What to expect:
Each training session will utilise a mixture of tried and tested training methods, along with new, innovative approaches to achieve optimum results.
Cardio, Resistance, Agility, Coordination & Flexibility will form part of each session. We will motivate you at each personal training session to push yourself further than ever before, whilst maintaining enjoyment throughout.
Nutritional guidance to increase results, improve energy levels and overall well-being.
Support & motivation:
We don't just stop once your personal training session has finished. We like to keep in touch with you throughout the week to keep you motivated to achieve your goals. We can also provide training routines for you to complete outside of our sessions, as well providing general nutritional guidance.
