Our Bootcamp will challenge you both mentally & physically – whilst still being great fun! Providing an amazing workout for the entire body - using body weight training and high-intensity interval training (HIIT). You will build strength, muscular endurance, burn fat and get an intensive cardio workout! The Bootcamp is for all levels of fitness - so why not give it a go!
