Our Current Timetable for Group Training sessions includes:
A mixture of cardio, strength & agility. We make every session fun & interesting - working the entire body, burning fat & building lean muscle
Circuit based session with HIIT, Boxing, Kettlebells, Bodyweight & Resistance Training
Strengthen, lengthen, increase mobility & flexibility whilst relaxing the mind
Along with Open Gym sessions for independent training.
